Role :
-
Analyze existing business processes with business managers (POC)
-
Carry out workshops to collect business rules / exceptions
-
Define the functional specifications (user story) by describing the steps of the process step by step
-
Simplify the existing process versus RPA process (reusable brick)
-
Respond to requests from the production team to ensure the proper execution of development.
-
Ensure the adequacy between the developments of the solution and the defined needs
-
Prepare test strategy and test cases with the help of users
-
Perform unit tests and provide support during functional acceptance
-
Supporting the profession /the project during pre-production
-
Provide post-project support for the robotic solutions implemented
-
Review of other RPA achievements
Required Skills:
-
Graduated with a Bac +4/+5
-
Knowledge of the major phases of an RPA project (from the design phase to the run) and the essential SCRUM framework
-
Knowledge of RPA technologies (Ui Path & Blue Prism & Automation Anywhere ,………)
-
Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions;
-
Spirit of synthesis, pro-activity, strength of proposal
-
Very good interpersonal skills, sense of organization, rigor and autonomy, adaptability
-
Similar experience in this type of project is required

2 years minimum of experience

Excellentes compétences analytiques

Capacité à travailler avec de grandes quantités d’informations et à avoir une vue d'ensemble

Maîtrise des systèmes d’exploitation ( Unix , Windows , etc..)

Solides compétences en statistique et en modélisation de données

Maîtrise d’un outil de data visualisation ( Tableau , Qlikview , PowerBI)

A l'aise avec des faits, des chiffres et des calculs difficiles
-
Excellent de maîtrise des langages de programmation ( C++ , Python , R, etc..)

Aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale

Attention au détail

Expérience avec les méthodes de livraison Agile

Connaissance avancée de PostgreSQL / SQL, y compris la possibilité d'écrire des procédures stockées, des déclencheurs, des fonctions analytiques et des réglages

Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et à collaborer avec des professionnels de différents domaines

Connaissance des structures, théories, principes et pratiques de bases de données relationnelles et dimensionnelles
